Signs of Dehydration to Watch Out For

› Dry or reddish skin
› Bad breath due to lack of saliva production
› Muscle cramps, especially in hot weather
› Excessive desire for sweet foods
› Headache

Easy Ways to Meet Fluid Needs

› Get into the habit of drinking water immediately when you wake up
› Bring a drinking bottle and place it in an area that is easy to see and reach
› If necessary, use a reminder application for water consumption
› Consume vegetables and fruit that contain lots of water
